The driving force behind Early Compass.
My path to crafting this vibrant community is a story infused with a profound passion for education, family, and the transformative power of making a difference.
Having spent a fulfilling decade in the engineering industry, I made a life-altering decision to pivot my career’s trajectory. I chose to focus on what I consider the most paramount and fulfilling role of all – being a mother. This life-altering journey was made possible by the unwavering support of my husband, not only my life partner but also the loving father of our children.
Early Compass blossomed from my fervent desire to provide parents with a singular hub. A place where they can seamlessly access a treasure trove of essential information and connect with experts from around the globe. It’s a dynamic and nurturing community where families embark on a journey of discovery, empowerment, and unwavering support.
Currently, I’m steering my academic pursuits towards a Ph.D. in Education. My specific focus lies in exploring education as a potent catalyst for developing individuals, strengthening communities, and even shaping nations and our world. This academic journey also delves into the critical examination of the institutions that underpin educational enhancement and the greater good.
My dream knows no boundaries – it’s a vision to return to my homeland, the Dominican Republic. There, I aspire to establish an educational institution that enriches lives and empowers the community that has given me so much, profoundly influencing who I am today.
However, until this vision becomes a tangible reality, I am steadfastly committed to championing families through Early Compass. In addition, I am a certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant and Potty Training Consultant. These roles enable me to provide invaluable support to parents and children, fostering a sense of confidence and well-being.
